By creating an account or using any part of our service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these terms, and agree to be legally bound by them.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use Axvio only for lawful purposes. You must not:

-Use the platform to violate any applicable laws or regulations

-Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform

-Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of our service

-Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

-Use the platform to spam, harass, or harm others

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately at support@Axvio.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

Axvio offers paid subscription plans billed on a monthly or yearly basis. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with prior notice. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of your initial purchase. After this period, all payments are non-refundable. If you believe you are entitled to a refund outside this window, contact us at billing@Axvio.com and we will review your case.

6. Free Trial

If we offer a free trial, it will be clearly stated at signup. Once the trial ends your account will automatically switch to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial period expires.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code, and assets on the Axvio platform are owned by Axvio, Inc. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without explicit written permission. Your data remains yours. By using our platform you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

8. Availability & Uptime

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime, maintenance, or service interruptions.

9. Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with third-party tools and services. We are not responsible for the performance, privacy practices, or terms of those services. Use them at your own discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axvio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a platform notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
